    Default The MUSIC Thread... (Nostalgic)

Rather then type, I will let my links do the talking. I defy anyone who doesn't get at least a little bit of Nostalgea from the following...

Utterly biblical tunes, and full of memories. Unsure of how to pitch this thread so have chosen a selection of very different tunes, all very dear to me,

And know I would like to add to the equation my all time favourite band, who I was privelaged to see live in 95 as a boy... Pink Floyd. All time heroes...

Two songs, extremely rare, very very unusual videos.

First is a live version of "Marooned " from the "Pulse" tour, and second an extremely rare live version of "Yet Another Movie", from "Momentary Lapse of Reason"" my all time top Floyd song and album.

Not your usual Floyd but about as good as it gets. Might post a clip of "Echoes in Gdansk" after if I am still up...

Thanks for that Also loving Imelda at the moment.......... and for a while actually

Wether i'll ever actually own the album is another thing Since there aren't any record shops anymore (hardly anyway) most often things get forgotten and never bought

Not really into this getting it to come down a wire thing........... one, i don't know how and two can't be bothered to find out how as it seems such a souless experience

............ and as for gigs, well, let's not even go there now
