    I'm bowled over by the number of people who have offered to help out on the day,

    put it this way, we could do with all the help we can get so thank you very much!

    thought i'd start a thread listing those who are willing to volunteer and also for how much of the day (or even the day before for setting up)

    so let the list begin (if i get a chance i'll populate it with those who have already offered but i've run out of brain and memory power for the day)

      Should be ok for setting up assistance the day before - Charlotte is in nursery on Fridays now so I get a day off.

      Probably ok for the early morning pointing display cars at their spaces again this year too.

      Tentative, but can't see why not. Although it will be Friday the 13th.

          I can definitely help out all day on Friday with the setting up. As for the Saturday, I'm sure that SWMBO will allow me to fill in for a couple of hours if needed.

              I should be OK for both friday and saturday all day for both... working nights but in west end and not till 8pm ish

                Happy to do whatever on friday............ saturday will be leading in and setting up the Ford fella's in the static area but will be free in 2nd half of day i expect

                  I will be working my arse off but I won't put myself on the list as I'll be doing my own thing with the small but extremely talented camera crew I've assembled

                  I'll probably be picking up and sorting kit on friday but if I can I'll get down there.
