May 8th & 9th - Meet Your Maker : Lotus
We have close ties with a number of major manufacturers and from time to time we’re able to make use of that in order to bring our members exceptional experiences.
This weekend at Lotus is a fantastic opportunity to get up close and personal with the cars, the factory, the test track at Hethel and a money cant buy chance to follow Lotus test drivers on a tour of their favourite roads.
We’ve also organised a fabulous country hotel with dinner, bed and breakfast all included (although you’ll have to pay for any drinks you consume)
Because of the interactive nature of this trip we have to limit numbers to a maximum of 24 so you’ll need to book early to ensure you don’t miss out.
Day 1: We meet at the Lotus facilities in Hethel, Norfolk at midday. The afternoon is spent touring the factory and production facilities, as well as spending approximately half an hour on track in a current production Lotus. First you will get to drive with expert instruction provided by a Lotus test driver, and then they'll demonstrate in a few hot laps what the cars are actually capable of! The day ends with a short drive to a wonderful country house hotel where a fine dinner is provided, drinks are consumed, and beds are welcomed!
Day 2: After breakfast (full English, naturally) we are met by more Lotus test drivers before they lead us on a morning tour of their favourite local roads - the very roads where the suspension of each new Lotus model is fine tuned before production. The morning ends with tea and cakes on the Norfolk coast, with ample opportunity to discuss the mornings antics.
What's included?
Lotus factory tour, track time in a Lotus with an instructor, dinner, bed and breakfast in luxury accommodation, and morning refreshments (tea and cakes).
What's not included?
Fuel for your own vehicle.
This is normally a money cant buy experience, but we're able to bring it to you for just £297 per person
