Or is e-God just picking on me? Keep getting a timeout at the moment whether I preview or try to post anything but the simplest message :(

Goddamit! I keep getting the message

Safari can’t open the page “http://www.petrolheadnirvana.com/torque/newthread.php?do=postthread&f=2” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again.

when trying to post some Goodwood pics in the General Petrolhead Discussion section. I get the same result when I try to preview my post. I've logged out and logged in to a new session but exactly the same error occurs. Can I email the text of my post to someone to try posting on my behalf please?

Oh dear... sorry mate. I'm no techie - and Robin is busy getting ready for tour launch. I'll have a look and press some random buttons to make me feel cleverer...

Can anyone post for me please? I've got some pics from a charity day and some pics from the FoS stacked up. I can't even post from a completely different computer using Internet Explorer :(

Nope, just times out every time I try to post a picture. If I cut out the pictures I can post... Help!

I assume you've uploaded them somewhere else and are trying to use the IMG tags?

I've recently noticed that I can't add any pictures to my galleries on here - may be related?

TheStoat

Yep, uploaded to the S2Ki.com website and then using the IMG tags. It used to work ok :(

How odd!

I'll try one of my s2ki pics to see what happens. . . .

Doesn't like it for some reason. . . . maybe it's an s2ki thing - I think you're only allowed to link from there if you are a Gold Member.

I'll try one linked from somewhere else. . .

Ergo it must be S2ki related!!

Dammit, when did that stop working? :(

Robin? Ben? Any idea what's going on?

Sign up for Faceache, it's a much better uploader than s2ki's anyway :)

Facebook? No thanks, it's full of perverts, nutters and stalkers ;)

I'm not sure Stoatie - it may be PHP related, having upgraded our servers some time back. We may have to upgrade our vBulletin software and see what happens then.

Sorry for the dodgyness guys :(

Hello chap :)

When do you think the upgrade will take place? I'm still processing (weeding out the crap) pics from the Alps Tour but I'd like to post them soonish... Is there any way I can help test a fix for this issue?
