After 8 years of piss poor service and work from Vauxhall dealerships I have decided to cease using them altogether and take the VXR elsewhere. Wimbledon Sports and Prestige seems the obvious choice as they come recommended on PN and are very close to me.
The only thing I need to do at the moment is have my exhaust and right wheel checked. My exhaust I have noticed needs re-aligning as the rear pipe has sagged slightly, and I want it checked as over time seem to have developed a vibration/resonating sensation from under the car when I use full throttle during the lag stage as the torque is building (I dont often do this but it induces symptom). It doesn't affect the way the car drives other than I can feel it and hear it, so I think it is worth checking. I also need my right wheel looking at, on occasion over the past 3 weeks it has clunked and grinded under full lock, but, this has only happened on a handful of occasions now and try as I may I can't induce it at the moment.
I intend to post on PH only to throw this open to wider field, but will probably use Wimbledon once I get paid.
