what does this mean for detailing, wrapping and respraying?
probably nothing as it wont be around for a few years and may not work..
but an interesting idea nonetheless
I wish they would hurry up with this.I have put 3 scratches on my car in a year.Last one last week.Pulled the car out to give it a dust off and noticed the wheelbarrow a moment before impact.Any other car and it would not have done any damage but I am sure this paint is soft compared with mass produced cars.
noooooo :(
how bad was that Andy?
if it is the sort of thing that would buff out we know a good man for the job
other than that, hows things?
Its bad enough for me to know about it every time I think about the car.It may polish out and its not very noticable.I have 3 scratches all of which are self inflicted, some dents and some stone chips so I need to get someone in to do something.
Good news is its insured again, I kept my driving licence 2 weeks ago, god knows how, and I will be at VW this weekend as long as it doesnt rain, cam cover leak or not!Im only 5 mins away so I dont think there is much risk in that short distance andddddd Ive finished work, so am very almost a free man.
Engine out ,cambelt and clutch service is booked for week beginning 30th March so other than the weather I wont be winging this year.:)
