Excellent guys.
Your places are already allocated.
Of the 200 places available, we only have 30 left. So if anyone wanting to attend does not have their name on the list, please do within the next 10 days.

There is a second thread regarding Grandstands. Well worth the extra. If it's raining you get shelter and if it's baking hot you get shade. As well as fantastic views of the track and pit action.

If you wish to secure your places, camping or race tickets, then call us or email and we will send payment details. Make sure you mention PN.

Then guys it's upto you. We arrive onsite Tuesday 9th June and when the first of PN group turn up, we will tape off space for everyone so that you are together. The earlier you get there the better.
The bar will be open Tuesday evening until Monday 2am. Cold draught beer!!!!

So, thinking of coming to Le Mans....

If I get this right, cost is Grandstand + camping + crossing + sundries. Is that correct? And camping is cost per car...

Hmmmm.

Gents and Ladies,
We are fast approaching that time when we will have to firm up the orders and pay for the allocations.
I suggest that all those wishing to attend and stay in the TL site email us at theguys@teamlangoustine.com
and let us know how many pitches you require.
Please DO NOT complete your bookings online as the places have already been allocated to you.
We assume that you would all like your tickets sent to your home addresses, so would you include your name, address, phone number and make refererence to PetrolHead Nirvana.
We will make a block booking, although all passes will be sent to the individuals.

As soon as we receive confirmation, we will send details of payment options as well as an excel spread sheet detailing various race and grandstand options.
If you wish to include any race tickets with your camping, please complete this form and email it back to us.

Please remember that the site is inside the General entry zone, so Gen Entry passes will be required to access the campsite. So have them before you arrive.
They can be purchased at the circuit box office and many other places around the circuit as well as from us in advance.

If you have any queries or questions, I am always available on 0118 9797128 or drop us an email.

We will hold the block booking until Jan 31st. By then we must have all places confirmed.

Many thanks for choosing TL, Andy.

Hi there all, when this thread started I thought we were seeing who on here was planning to go to Le Mans and that TL could help to get us there. I didn't realise it was a list of intent to travel with TL. I have already commited to Le Mans this year with a group of friends via another operator for this year but will definitely be up for getting involved with the PN organised group for 2010. It's an annual thing for me now and will most likely be able to talk my group into switching also...

Harsh apologies for the confusion and can you please delete me and my passenger Geoff from the list. I will be down there so we'll have to hook up for lots and lots of refreshing drinks because it WILL be hot and sunny this year!

James.

I know I know!

I've got a few car trips planned this year with Le Mans being one of them and not had a car for nearly 6 months so just can't wait to get cracking when when I get the new car in a month or so!

Roll on Le Mans...

Gents and ladies.
This is a gentle reminder. Please contact us to confirm your places in the campsite.
I will hold the places for one more week, but at some point I must let the unconfirmed places go.

I will be at the ACE next Monday night (9th) if you have any questions or queries I will do my best to answer them.

Thanks

We had a few people in 2008 and we are intending to be there in 2010.
We will certainly be supplying race tickets, paddock passes etc, but do not know if a private campsite will be on the cards.
Plenty of time for this one and completely open to suggestions.

Its a must do , plenty of American interest , we adopted the American Flying Lizards Porsche as one our own , we just loved the paint job so much .

On a sadder note I learnt last week that I lost my LM buddy of 06 and 08 from a suspected heart attack , really going to miss him and those trips in June , the next one will be in his memory , thankyou Terry for introducing me to the whole Le Mans experience.

went through something a few years ago that made me realise that too, my decision was to move on and make sure that the time i spend on this earth is well spent.

If I were to fly into the UK, would anyone be able to pick me up and I'd tag along with them?

I'm 22, write for Jalopnik.com and I'm house trained. I'd probably write up a big feature about the whole thing.

Nah, no litter tray. I usually just go in the occasional Chevrolet - Same thing.

If anyone's interested in giving an auto journo a ride and maybe starring in a feature or two, drop me an email at didorosi@jalopnik.com. I'd appreciate the hell out of it.

Maybe I'll bring you a cheeseburger from home country. :spam:

Guys
I appologise for the ACO's tardyness.
Your tickets are due here tomorrow/Thursday. They will be issued out to you all within 7 days of their arrival.

If that is going to be a problem for anyone, please let me know and we'll get your tickets to you one way or another.

All tickets and campsite passes have arrived at TL base.

If not, they will be sent registered.

Guys, you should have your race tickets by now.
If you don't then please get in touch.

We sent the packs out as soon as the tickets arrived from the ACO (very late this year). For all those that have purchased grandstand seats, T shirts will also be on their way as soon as they arrive here.
All of you will also receive directions to the site and instructions once there.
This will come out as an email.
There are ongoing road and building works for a new stadium near the campsite, so we have been trying to gleam info off the ACO regarding the available routes. They have not been forthcoming so we could not include this in your ticket packs.

Any questions, please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Regards
