i was just thinking about some of the cars i've owned/driven and wanted ever since i can remember (sadly quite a long time)

so here's my list.......

1991 Celica GT4..probably my favourite car...cant say enough good things about it kept it for 7 years until someone broadsided me :(

3-door Rover Metro 1.1 - in burgundy. Ahem.

Ford XR3i - Probably the heaviest steering experience I have ever come across. Loved it, until it lost an argument with a double decker. HE started it!

Ford Ka-3 - the most agile little thing ever.

Volvo V70 T5 - One of the funniest cars I've ever had. I'd have another in a blink of an eye.

Supra Twin Turbo - after a long break from driving (or rather, throwing money away hiring instead of buying), bought it a week after driving a friend's. Still love it. Tweakability to no end!

Honda S2000 in 2004, then another one in 2005 after the first one was written off
Drove a Z4 3.0 courtesy car for 4 months while the claim was going through
Now own a 2006 2.6 WRX STI and a 2003 Caterham race car

In addition to those I've been lucky enough to drive some nice cars, including Corvette's, TVR's, 350Z's, Elise and Porsches. And being a passenger in a Carrera GT which is very very special !

..Forgot the first car i owned at 14 years old... Simca bought for £30
1. Talbot Horizon had it 3 hours 2 days after I passed my driving test and was done for drink driving. Havn't touched a drink when driving since..that was in 1989.
2. Mini...sold it to my brother and as he was taking it home the rear drivers side wheel went past him down the dual carriageway.

you may notice after no 11..the cars got a bit crappy....this was divorce time....lol but things are turning round again. ;-) i do like Ultima's

Had a Cecotto when I first started at JPM back in ooh '98, one of my favourites for sure but I think you'd have found the power delivery a bit disappointing - if the torque curve matched the power it'd be ideal.

The front caliper warped on mine and ended up taking next to nothing p/x rather than shelling out. Don't have many regrets but that is one of them, should've fixed/upgraded for sure :(
