So, can you believe 3 weeks ago we were on the Alpine South tour...

I thought a little thread about some of your best memories from the trip...

Mine have to be the 3 passes, Firkel etc, when we had the 3 360's blasting over them, before being left for dead by a 607 on a slightly damp road ;)

Also the pass from France into Italy, cant remember which one - but very narrow, steep, and a big drop with no guard rails... what a drive!

and... Carcasonne.. sat in the bar having a few beers, that meant that nights dinner was carnage, at least from our tables point of view :)

It does feel like a life time ago but what an awesome time.

My best bits were following Pete back from Sion after getting the Lambo fixed up by a babe mechanic.I will try to post my pics on Facebook at some point but i still have limited skills being a Facebook virgin...

Going through the lake Levinio tunnel like a loony and Matt hysterical in the passenger seat.

To be perfectly honest every single day was an absolute blast from the boozing on the ferry to the blast home in the rain.

Thanks to everyone

I'm currently going through Fru's photos trying to do a write up so more memories would be great...

however at the moment with all that happened it might end up being like War and Peace by the time I've finished!

Suffice to say we had a blast as well, we may be working but it's also meant to be fun and having the right mix of people makes it a real pleasure.

a few highlights from me....
doing the Andermat loop, overtaking a coach, stopping for photos and then pulling away in front of the same coach - then finding a 607 is a rocketship on greasy roads :(

the black forest - I preferred my route to Pete's ;)
being told Fru drove faster than me :(

hang on this isn't going well.....good thing i'm doing the write up not Fru!

That was an epic drive... and so funny, stop for a photo op, then "coach coming - leg it!!!"

The whole trip really was a blast, and as said, the people really made it what it was...
