Travelling anti-clockwise on the North Circular Road: Take the second exit - signposted for Park Royal - after the traffic lights at Brentfields Road (where you'll see Ikea and McDonalds) . Turn right, then right again onto the old North Circular Road. The Ace is 100 yards on the left.

Perhaps the BBC have a daytime show that needs another audience member? They're just opposite Westfield after all, 10 mins away from the Ace.

I tend to go round the north circular cos M25 is pretty awful at that time of day.
Then again, im going straight from work in Ilford. Not sure which way i'd go if i was going from Chelmsford (home).

Yes they are. Horrendous tailbacks. Unfortunately, unless you're a local and know all of the rat runs, there's not much you can do to avoid it.

I took the scenic route home from the Ace, Via the West End, Park Lane, Hard Rock Cafe, Piccadilly circus, Trafalgar square and a little jaunt down the Mall to Buckingham palace, Hyde park corner, Knightsbridge, Sloan square, Kings Road etc.... Kept getting buzzed by friendly guys in Porsche's :D

Did think about stopping outside the palace for a quick couple of photos :D
