Discounted place going - Offers?

Hi all,
Due to a house move it's going to be very difficult for me to make this tour - all is paid up for a single driver - is there anyone who wants to go that would be willing to buy my place from me for a sensible offer? PM me if interested.

I was desperately looking forward to this and am gutted to have to offer my place up for sale....

Probably not unfortunately. Though I won't be certain until pretty much the day.
We've offered on a much larger house than we'd initially budgeted for and with so many up front costs I could really do without spending so much on petrol, food and drink at the moment...
