View Full Version : Supercar Event - Mulberry Inn 21 March ?

9 am - 12 pm. This is Chris Evan's event and the P1 International club (supercar membership club - costly) are doing this event at Evan's pub down southwest of London in Chiddingfold on the A283. I think we must have passed this on our drive in Feb down that way. Here's the link, http://www.evanspubs.co.uk/events.html. I may take a drive down if anyone is interested.

Hmmm, I may have the Baja back in time. You think they'll let that in? ..........It was on the PN stand at Supercar Sunday at Gaydon last year :D

the exhibit invites went out last week, but there is parking at Ramster Gardens for guests
I'll be there in the Atom on Sunday (not going to the Windsor event now)
happy to convoy down from somewhere
today the sun is shinning, and almost sure am not working this w/e so tentatively this could be a good thing to do, alternatively if some git calls me to work or its lashing down, you wont see me.
Convoy down from the ace anyone?!

This sounds like fun, I know the pics of the last one were great. Let me know times for a convoy and subject to work I'll bring the Taz.

last time it was strictly no guests as we only had the mulberry car park and it was a wingmirrors in job
the invite gives no clue about ramster gardens and i can't find it on the map

This event seems to be quite public,being on here and Pistonheads.I recon it will be busy.

well how bad can it be ?? if can't get in just select first gear and head for the hills and another pub for lunch, forecast is for rain looks like.

eighty smart cars descend on a poor little bp station
then people started pulling in for petrol and not leaving :)

I've got a spot in the show for the R8 with its 'improvements'. The invitation I saw implied parking was available for visitors but across the road, 50 cars on show but with approved slots. I'll be driving down the A3 8;15 or so, any good ideas on a link up spot past Guildford?
This sounds good fun, either this pub or another pub, would be nice to see Mike's R8 on display though!!
we might have to go as Mike's support team, only I've heard these cheap after market R8 chargers are prone to letting loose at random. Did they not mention this when fitting Mike ??
Harsh - Doing a track day on Saturday. Does that mean you get to play / hear all PS 's toys. Wow - now I understand why you are not with us.
If he ever wants other cars for his charity track days please let me know. Say Hi from me, I sat with him for lunch at Wilton House and he is a genuinely nice guy.

Hey Bobsan - you better come see it at the show, that GT3 will never catch her now ! And the combination of German tech and American improvement (with a British influence - tuner in CA is from Edgeware!) seems pretty reliable so far. We'll find out Saturday at Millbrook and then next week at Spa.
If all goes to plan on saturday then I shall be at the Mulberry on sunday in the only car that can upstage an Enzo.........yep........it's PEDRO! :boing:
Sadly Pedro's invite got lost in the post so I guess he'll be in the public car park :(

Oh good.Weather looks alright for sunday as well.If I can persuade jane Ill try to be there.Hopefully ill get up in time as I always seem to miss Guildford to goodwood.

I'm on for a run down, is there a meet place for a run or just turn up at venue? Harsh do you expect to arrive at 9am or a bit later?
Went last year so am fully aware of parking restrictions ;)
