The marketing, sale and performance of package holidays sold or offered for sale in the United Kingdom are regulated by The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 (SI 1992 No 3288). The Regulations apply to anyone who organises packages whether they are for profit or not, and whether they are for business or club purposes.

These Department of Trade and Industry regulations ensure that any deposits we receive from you in advance of a tour are only held in a 3rd Party Trust Account that we have no access to until after the tour has taken place.

To allow us to process your booking we must collect and store some personal information. This information is only used in connection with your booking and we do share your information with any 3rd party.
